By using Ex Ore you agree to these terms.
Service
Ex Ore converts speech to text on your device. Accuracy depends on audio quality, language, and model size. Results are not guaranteed for legal, medical, or professional use without human review.
Subscriptions
- Free: 10 transcriptions per calendar month
- Pro: Unlimited transcriptions via Annual, Monthly, or Lifetime purchase
Prices are shown in the app. Pro is purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in store settings. Lifetime purchases are one-time.
Refunds
Refunds follow Apple App Store and Google Play policies. For purchases made through the Apple App Store, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price if applicable under Apple’s policies. Ex Ore is not responsible for processing refunds for App Store purchases.
Support
Ex Ore is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App, if any. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful surveillance or to transcribe others without consent where required by law.
App Store distribution
If you obtained Ex Ore through the Apple App Store:
- This agreement is between you and Ex Ore only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims.
- Ex Ore, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claims relating to the App.
- Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of our End User License Agreement (https://ex-ore.com/eula) and may enforce it against you.

Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages arising from transcription errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
